Thank you for choosing to work with YNAPS, We will build your project with love and deliver on time.
To Deliver the best and on time we both are bound by following YNAPS Standard Terms.
FEATURES
The Project work details should be clearly mentioned in points, anything not mentioned in the Quote may not be covered.
please do share a detailed feature list and clarify before starting on the development. Anything which is not discussed or mentioned in the service list / quote may be charged extra. its recommended to share a user flow from start to end with the project so there is no confusion.
PAYMENT PLAN
Payment plan for most of the project is divided in 3 parts as follow:
- 30% Token Amount to start the project.
- 40% After completion of Admin, login, signup, profiling, Database, Search, password, email API, SMS API, Theme Setup, basic functioning of the project showing the layout and functions.
- 30% at the time of delivery, Before the final list of changes.
CHANGES
How do we accept changes in the project is simple.
We accept upto 4-5 round of changes in list format in written text file. We would be happy to discuss them on a call, But the changes will only be covered when shared in written points.
Changes can be shared anytime you want, in some cases the final changes might be asked in detail along with the last milestone payment.
you are requested to share the changes, feedbacks on time so the team remains avail for the project and we deliver on time.
Delays
There may be multiple reasons for the delay, in case of any delays from YNAPS, we will update you in advance with the reason, and would be willing to compensate the loss of time. But there may be multiple un-planned situations which may cause some delays, We will try our best not to delay any update and delivery and expect the same from you.
Any of absence for more than 10 days from client’s side may lead to doubt in seriousness of the project and will be only proceeded after the payment of 5K-10K which will be compensated in the project cost.
Design UI/UX
We will be sharing you sample design to be approved from before starting the project, once the design is approved, we will start working on the same, We will try to keep the design as close as possible with the selected theme. We will be glad to change colours, images etc, but any overall structure may not be changed or charged extra for designing.
We do not add any type of data in the website, like images, contents and products. We would be adding demo details which can be deleted anytime from the website/APP.
Image creation, editing and content writing is a separate project and would be discussed if needed.
APP
We only work with Hybrid Android and IOS APPs. So the APP mentioned in the Quote is Hybrid, which means the Web services will be converted into the APP with Native features like Push Notifications, Splash Screen etc. We will be hosting the APP on YNAPS Developer account. We can also share you the APK / APP files you may host anywhere you prefer.
Hosting / Warranty
We use our dedicated server to host projects, We work with our partner company Page-Server.com for hosting. All the YNAPS warranty is valid only if the project is hosted on YNAPS or Page-Server Servers, and when the Server access is not shared with anyone. We wont be able to provide any warranty or maintenance for free if the project is hosted on other server.
Please Note: Warranty of 1 year means, whatever services we have developed will keep working as it should be and will not malfunction. Any new development or changes are not covered in warranty.
Tax
There may be 18% GST charged on your project, for which will be shared invoice at the end of the project.
Refund
As we start working on the project as soon as we get the confirmation, we do not offer any refund but we do share the pending invoice for work which might have been done, please do check the terms carefully while starting the project.
Calls / Support
We recommend always share your questions and feedbacks in text format on WhatsApp or email. Any random calls may not be answered due to missing agenda. Please share your Agenda over text to arrange a call back. Any unplaned calls may not be answered and call back wont be done, Please do make sure to assign a meeting so the team has agenda for the call / meet.

Documentations
We will not be taking care of any documentations required to signup on 3rd party websites, Like for Payment gateway we will need the active payment gateway account like RazorPay, Paytm or cashfree etc. We will assist you but the documentations needs to be done by you. Same documentations may be required for SMS gateways or similar gateways.
Project Time / Cost
Please note, if the project is delayed beyond our agreed timeline, we may need to discuss new Quote for the extended time. Also any kind of consultation, documentation 3rd Party demo, is not included in the original Quote unless specified. (1 Complete web / APP demo is included and would be provided with the delivery of project ). Once the project is delivered, we do keep the warranty active for 1 year (if hosted with YNAPS and no external person touches the code). Any kind of further services would be billed prior.
Post Delivery services
Once the project is delivered from us and all invoices are cleared, you have 1 year of warranty for the delivered services starting from the date of last payment. The warranty only includes any BUG. This does not includes any kind of new developments, changes or issues.
How to define a bug -> Something which was working at the time of delivery and is not working now. (codes should not be altered by anyone other than YNAPS team). You will need to share the Screenshot of the error message or share a video showing the bug on email [email protected]. Any new data show, hide, change or UI, functions which was not before and now you may need / want will have to be billed.
Consultation: Answering any 3rd party service related questions, explaining how tech works, providing demo, assistance on speed, google services or any question which is not directly related to our delivered service will be covered in consultation. you can book consultation from tech by using this link. https://consult.rahuljha.dev/
The post delivery service will be billed pre-paid. in-case of any pending invoice for more than 30 days, the warranty will not be started.
