What this covers

There is no cooling-off period and no money-back exception. A payment gateway error that never reaches YNAPS is a matter for the payment provider. Once YNAPS has received a payment, it is not refunded.

No refunds and no returns

All payments made to YNAPS are final. This covers Meta ads, Google ads, website development, app development, retainers, token amounts, invoices, and any other service. YNAPS does not give refunds and does not accept returns in any case. That includes a change of mind, a delay, unused time, partial delivery, dissatisfaction, or a request to stop the work. Fees already paid are not returned, and work that has started is not reversed.
